Another beginning, again.

Well, it’s about that time..  time to get back to work.  Yes, it’s true.  I will be starting back tomorrow, working 50% for now.  I am thinking I will not get back full time until the port gets removed..?  Since I do not have another doctor’s appointment until the 2nd of March, this may be a safe bet.

Can you imagine?  I sure as hell can’t.  It seems like just yesterday I was being diagnosed with cancer and wondering if my life was over.  All my friends and family said I would be through this before I knew it, and they were right.  Well, I can almost say it’s over.  I don’t want to get too ahead of myself, but I am really thinking the worse is behind us.

So many wonderful things are happening in my life and in those around me.  Even though the year, thus far, has not started off too pleasant for all.  There have been 4 wakes for family and friends.  I couldn’t make all of them, but everyone has been in my thoughts and prayers.  It is really tough and has taken on a new meaning – Life is fragile, life is short.  We must enjoy and cherish each and every moment.  Even when things are not going the way WE want them to, there is a reason, a lesson, a plan.  Many times we don’t know the why, but we can keep on and make the most of it until we do.

I was watching a preacher on TV this morning, and the message he was speaking of is: “God has a plan for us.”  When we are ready and prepared, it will become clear.

My life is starting to become clearer…

Tomorrow marks the beginning of the end.

Peace,
-Dennis

Hahahahahahahahahahaha….the thought of going back to work kinda sucks doesn’t it! (it’s like a double edged sword)
I always said I should have been born rich instead of so bloomin cute! Bet you’re thinking the same thing just about now. I know you’d find tons of “stuff” to keep you busy and your mind occupied. Seriously hope the days and weeks go well and your body doesn’t get too tired, overworked or overloaded.

    Love ya bunches,
    Sis
