A day off
Today was an unexpected day off from working out. For some reason, I seem to be getting bloody noses every couple of weeks or so. Well today was the day.
It wouldn’t be too bad, except since I am on blood thinners, it is a real pain in the… uh.. nose to get it to stop bleeding. Seeing as though it is easy to irritate and start bleeding again, I chose to not work out today. 🙁
Oh well. Have more time to focus on the diet…
How was your Christmas? Mine was great. I miss not getting together with the whole family, also miss my Mom and Lisa, will need to try and get up there soon. Will have a chance to see the rest of the family on Sunday.
Will be looking forward to New Year’s Eve! Once again will play DJ for Mom – Millie and the Gang – holding their legendary New Year’s Eve party… I am thinking those pants are going to fit!

Our Christmas was fun too. Very simple, very laid back and a lot of down time. I did have a gift for my son that had been ordered mid November show up today. Guess he will feel special. I had not even told him about it as I figured it had been lost and may never arrive.
Yes, the blood thinners are a major contribution. Oh well..
